Except with respect to our Privacy Notice for California Residents, incorporated herein by reference, this Policy does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, or to information collected by any third party, including through any content (such as advertising) that may link to or be accessible from our Services.  

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and other users of our Services, and have adopted this Policy with that in mind. This Policy describes how we collect, store, use, disclose, and otherwise process your information, including information which could be used to identify and/or contact you (“personal information“).

We retain information, including personal information, as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.  We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, resolve disputes, protect our assets, and enforce our agreements. 

Processing and Storage of Data in the United States 

We are based in the United States. Any information collected by us may be stored in the United States or any other country in which we, our affiliates, or our service providers maintain facilities. The United States is not recognized as having adequate safeguards. If you are located outside of the United States or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from United States law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction and you affirmatively consent to the transfer of your personal data to the United States.

  • Erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions. 
  • Restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 
  • Object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions. 
  • Data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer personal data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

  1. Children’s Privacy  

The Site and our Services are not designed for use by children and are not directed toward children under 16 years of age. If you are less than 16 years of age, please do not attempt to use the Site or our Services or provide any personal information about yourself to us.  We do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from anyone under the age of 16 on or through the Site or our Services. In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from a child who is less than 16 years of age, we will delete that personal information. If you believe that we might have any personal information from a child under the age of 16, please contact us as described in Section 9.

Any disputes arising out of this Policy shall be adjudicated in the Circuit Court of Dane County, Wisconsin or a federal court of competent jurisdiction in the Western District of the State of Wisconsin.
